Michelle Boodhoo helped my husband and I purchase a home in the Maple, Ontario area during the "Bidding War' days of 2016. We were reluctant to purchase a home and thought about renting for a few months until the market calmed down. Michelle advised to keep on going and look at a few homes that would match everything on our Wish List.
